RENTAL POLICY
4 night rate: I require a $200.00 deposit on a credit card Am. Ex., Visa, or Mastercard to hold the reservation and damage deposit. This is credited back to the card of choice after 10 days. This makes this process painless. I allow for 4 night rentals at $125.00 a night. Same deposit. The arrival and departure dates and times are flexible for your convenience.
WEEKLY RATE: $825.00 PLUS 7% SALES TAX. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT AT ANY TIME. THERE WILL BE A $200.00 DAMAGE DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE RETURNED 10 DAYS AFTER VISIT. FULL PAYMENT BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER WILL BE REQUIRED.
MILITARY DISCOUNT: ACTIVE DUTY OR RETIRED MILITARY CAN GET A 10% DISCOUNT.
